today Pn Paridah cuti..so...saya conquered tempat dia..hahahaha..sebab En Zul (SP ) suh saya duk je kat opis harini, tomorrow baru join buat docket di luar.

tried to familiarized myself with those 3 systems larr..
1) Webstar - ni kalo nak check docket or macam2 la
2) CASS ( Customer Automatic Service System ) -semua bleh..tp bukan tuk check docket(takleh rasenye)
3) SAMS ( Streamyx Appointment Management System ) - ni kalo nak check application for streamyx.. so..bleh la kami jumper at MDF or cabinet.
p/s : cube menjadikan diri ini serba-tahu..lol...tp mana mungkin~ hehe
