HARI KE 10 [ 17th April ]

today, in the morning~ memang busy..almost every morning like this....

picture 1 and 2 : staffs and CODs takes their docket sheets and call costumers.

after staff lelain and COD keluar wat kerja masing-masing...~ kenapa saya tak keluar sama? saya kan under SAF MDF.. ~ hmmm........

I 'bolot" sume kerja Mr Franciss for jumpering 3 new telephony installations and three streamyx installations [ di MDF..bukan di rumah pelanggan ]..hoho.. bunyi 6 je mcm senang.. tapi leceh gak tu...

why I really "rajin" to do all this.. this is to make myself more familiar with MDF.

hoho. ade satu return dalam system.. sebab... mase Mr Franciss cuti.. i did almost all jumpering at MDF.. today ade return mengatakan satu order ni e-side salah..

klaka.. rupenya ade yg tak update.. I have followed the sheet correctly.sama LEN and e-side dalam sheet tu... tapi the real thing is salah e-side.... ni sure ade org tak update ni..cis..

pengalaman mengajar ku.. : after this... I MUST check them while do the jumpering...

Saya banyak belajar dari Mr Franciss and staff-staff lain.. macam system, Pn Paridah byk ajar...rasanya hampir semua staff saya tanya macam2..hahaha..sorry la ye..malu bertanya sendiri rugi... hoho...

kunci kejayaan praktikal di TM.. kena banyak bertanya and volunteerkan diri untuk buat...katapun belajar kan? huhuhu.. thats all for this week..
